Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions. From there, you will receive option for a refund or an Instant Credit.
How soon will I get my refund?
You will first have the option to repurchase with your Instant Credit. If you do not wish to do so and you'd prefer a refund, you can expect that to be processed within 1-2 weeks.
What is an Instant Credit?
An Instant Credit is a great way to exchange for new items! Just use the voucher code provided at the refund confirmation step in the "Gift card or discount code" section at checkout. Please note, this credit cannot be applied to subscription items.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 30 days.
- If you've purchased a bundle product and would like to initiate a return, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you're located internationally and would like to initiate a return, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items purchased outside of 30 days.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
